We ship via the most economical method, that protects our customers, and ourselves. Generally we ship via UPS or USPS, requiring a signature in case there are delivery issues. We can ship via other methods, or merchandise can also be picked up. Please contact us prior to shipping to make arrangements.

If shipping costs appear to be too high through our cart system, we will be more than happy to double check the package size and weight, and confirm the costs, and make any necessary credits to the same method as payment was made.

Shipping costs shown are generally for the continental U.S., other areas such as Hawaii, Alaska, and outside the 48, will incur additional costs to be determined later, and emailed back to you for approval and payment.

All shipping to U.S. customers is done from our NY office, Canadian customers will have product shipped from a local outlet in Canada
